As a Full Stack Developer at Olvy, I played a key role in integrating AI capabilities to enhance the platform’s core functionalities. My contributions were primarily focused on developing and implementing AI-powered features such as:
Intelligent Reply Suggestions: I built the AI-powered system that suggests appropriate replies to customer feedback, improving response times and ensuring consistent messaging. This involved integrating with NLP models to understand the context of feedback and generate relevant responses.
Feedback Keyword Analysis: I developed the feature for extracting and analyzing key keywords from customer feedback, enabling users to quickly identify trending topics and pain points. This was achieved by developing GraphQL API endpoints using backend technologies and displaying results on the front end.
Video Feedback Analysis: I designed and implemented the system for ingesting, transcribing, and analyzing video feedback from platforms like Zoom and Google Meet. This involved integrating with third-party transcription services, developing algorithms for sentiment analysis on the transcribed text, and presenting the summarized insights within the Olvy dashboard. This allowed users to gain valuable qualitative feedback from customer interviews and focus groups.
Chrome Extension for Seamless Feedback Submission: I developed a Chrome extension that allows users to submit feedback directly to the Olvy dashboard from any website or web application. This involved designing the extension’s UI, implementing its communication with the Olvy backend via GraphQL, and ensuring secure data transmission. The extension significantly streamlined the feedback submission process, making it easier for users to provide contextually relevant feedback.
